Well...I have been trying to lose some of my belly jelly and work on my abs, but I have been having problems keeping with it, i have just started working on my abs by doing 4 sets of 50 crunches, and some other crunch workouts, but lately I have been feeling like I have gained more weight, is this normal?? Also, would it help if I started walking every morning for 30 minutes with losing my jelly belly. If i do all that and eat right will I have good results in a month? I am 14 years old and 5' 4 and I weigh 135 lbs.

PLEASE HELP!

you have gained bigger belly - no surprise - you have been doing crunches and they only thing they do is build muscle - they do not burn fat.
the only fat burning exercise is cardio which burns fat all over your body - you cant spot reduce body fat - running, jogging, hiking, swimming, cycling, rope jumping, elliptical etc - 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (preferably 45min).
you wont see your abs until you lower your body fat percentage (by doing cardio and healthy eating, 5-6 small meals a day).
believe me - you do have a six pack already underneath the layer of fat.
