yes.cleaning it with 50/50 bleach and water,and removing any loose grout,and suggest purchasing a inexspensive grout joint removing tool from your local lowes or home depot.

I wouldn't advise it. Dig the old our and fill with all new grout. If you put grout on too thin, then it will chip off and look bad again. good luck.

unfortunately not. gotta scratch out old grout then regrout.....
