I mean the universe was all packed up together, eternally. But then it expanded itself and made everything, so does that mean that the universe is God.

The Universe is (in fact) God, or should I say "God Is The Universe" or "That Which Is All Things, God Is".
I am All that Is,Was and ever will be
I am the Beginning and the End
There is Nothing which Is, that I am Not
I Am the Alpha and the Omega
I Am That I Am
God Is the "Essence" and "Life Force" of "All Universal Creation"
Whom "Without", it would be impossible to exist.(For God is that which sustains our very beingness).
