Human teeth are actual teeth, whereas Ivory is not. I think I heard somewhere that it is like Rhino horn and is actually made up of tiny hair like particles that bond together.
Ivory comes from Elephant tusks and it is illegal to buy, sell or trade it in most of the world.
Human false teeth where at one time made of Ivory. George Washington was said to own a pair made from Ivory.
Hope this helps!

my teeth are the same material as that found in the tusks of elephants and the teeth of whales. it is ivory and my remaining teeth are so beautiful. i am proud of having ivory teeth not every does. only the best. randolph scott had ivory teeth and so did ginger rodgers but not jackie kennedy. she had rottten teeth. dentists had to repair them repeatedly. better to have ivory. like me!
