i really want to improve my English!

Hi i'm still learning english like you; and one thing that helped me so much was to hear music in english and look for their lyrics and try to read it while i was listening the song. Doing that your are improving your listening and speaking because you are hearing the pronunciation of every word. Try it i'm pretty sure you're going to learn a lot. Make sure to chose slow songs to follow easier the lyrics. Good Luck!

People can't help you learn English over the internet or on Yahoo Answers. You need to take a class where you can "converse" with others and have a teacher correct your English or pronounciations. Take a class in Adult Education or ESL through a local school.
I applaud you for wanting to speak and write better English.

i'm learning english too, i watch a lot of movies, and listen and read the lyrics of songs. and other stuff

There are steps you may choose. Find a tutor, or invest in educational materials, or meet people who speak English everyday.
