How about a "margarita" flavored cake . You could use a margarita mixer which contains no alcohol .....

orange, spice, coconut, oatmeal, better than sex cake- chocolate and carmel, lemon, fudge, swirled, strawberry, apple, pear, angel food, you can even add koolaid to your angelfood cake mix to change the color and flavor.There's jello cakes- do a plain cake, poke holes in it and pour hot jello on top.
