Are the chain names in 3 star dining.
The ONLY 4 star restaurant I have ever been to that is a chain, is The Melting Pot. It is a unique,elegant, and delightful experience

Take her out for a nice lunch or even dinner. Or if you take her shopping, buy her a nice perfume she really likes or a nice outfit she has been looking at. Treat her as special as she is, wish you fun with your mom on her birthday!!!

how old is she and what is your budget? when my daughter was younger and didnt have much money, I was happy with McDonalds...now maybe Red Lobster or Olive Garden type restaurants.
