Whats easy....Spaghetti, Lasagna, Ziti, Baked Pork Chops, and Baked Chicken Breasts.

Cooking tip...The key to baked chicken and pork is to put a little water in the pan, and put tin foil over it in a 375 degree oven usually, it makes the meat super tender instead of hard and chewy, you can add spices or sauces but a little water will go a long way in making tender meat.

Spaghetti, Ziti all require same ingredients you just use different noodles, sauce, hamburger meat or ground turkey, and some garlic bread on the side.

Here's a lasagna recipe that I think is really good. I will make it, keep part in the fridge to eat during the week, and freeze some, as well. It's made with ground turkey.
Turkey Lasagna

Ingredients

2 teaspoons olive oil
10 ounces ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
1- 28 ounce can whole tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1-6 ounce can tomato paste
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon sugar
12 no-boil lasagna noodles
2 cups nonfat cottage cheese
1 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese (You can use more.)

Directions:

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2.In a large nonstick saucepan or Dutch oven, heat the oil. Add the ground turkey and onion. Cook, stirring as needed until the turkey is browned and the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
3.Stir in the tomatoes, tomato paste, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, and sugar; bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered, until the flavors are blended, about 5 minutes.
4.Spoon some of the sauce in the bottom of a 13” x 9” baking pan; top with 3 of the noodles, spread with 1/3 of the cottage cheese and more sauce, and top with 3 more noodles. Repeat the layering until you have used all the lasagna noodles, ending with the sauce. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
5.Bake, covered, 1 hour; uncover and bake until cooked through and golden, about 10 minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Yields: 8 servings

I personally like to add more Parmesan on top of the mozzarella.

Hi. Petco or Petsmart sell baby bottles for kittens and also the milk formula. Just buy both and keep trying. Wrap them in a baby blanket...for the warmth and softness and hold them close to your chest. They will learn to trust you and will begin taking the bottle. If the meantime you can also try an eye dropper and fill it up with milk. You can also use a medicine syringe (not with any needle) just the syringe and fill the syringe up and put it in the side of their mouth a little at a time and they will sollow it down. Good luck & I think it's wonderful what you are doing to help these little kittens out. We have done this 4 times and now have 4 adult cats who are so loving! Many blessings, Patti

I live in Germany so I have to cook as there are not many convenience foods here.

Some nice recipes are at

I would always start off with something easy. Try the pancake soup as that is easy and tastes good.

Good luck with cooking

Grilled Cinnamon Peaches
A Simple, Flavorful Dessert
Sweet and spicy, slightly sticky grilled peaches are a perfect summertime treat. Take them right off the grill and put them in a bowl where they will collect juices as they cool. Then spoon the peaches and juices over bowls of homemade ice cream or pound cake for and old-fashioned dessert.

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon each ground nutmeg and cinnamon
Pinch of ground cloves
6 large ripe peaches, peeled, halved and pitted

Stir together the butter, brown sugar and spices. Rub on all sides of peaches, covering well. (Your fingers will be sticky.)
Prepare grill for medium, direct heat. Coat cooking grate with grill spray; place peaches on grate. Grill 6 to 7 minutes on each side or until tender and marked, brushing with remaining mixture.
Serve warm with ice cream.
Makes 6 to 8 servings

stir frys are always easy, just toss some meat(chicken,beef...) and veggies(carrots, zucinni,brocolli...) into a frying pan, add some broth and soya and cook away, can be served alone, or with rice or pasta.
and if you have a slow cooker, then use it! you can just throw a roast in it in the morning, sprinkle salt and pepper on top, add a bit of minched garlic(or garlic salt) to the top. throw in a couple of baby carrots, some halved potatoes, whole onions, about a cup of water, leave it alone till supper and you've got yourselve a meal!

allrecipes.com has a lot of good recipes, that is where I get most of mine from. Here is a great pork chop recipe and I like to pair it with this carrot recipe and another veggie.

Carrots:
cut carrots in bite size pieces, put in pan and cover w/water, bring to a boil until you can slice w/fork, drain, add a dollop of butter and add lemon juice and rosemary to taste.
