You have to talk to her. And remind her that next time she should knock on the door before she enters ok. Then tell her that what you did was part of marriage life. ok but you should let her understand it in her level ok..

I completely agree with the first answerer... it depends on how old the child is. This happens to many children and doesn't scar them for life. But it might be good to sit down with your daughter later and ask her if she has any questions about what happened. Perhaps it's a good time for the "when mommies and daddies love each other very much" talk...

You left out important details such as how old she is? If she's at least 8 or 9 you should consider explaining the birds and bees. If she's not of that age just say mommy and daddy were wresling and having some fun.

if she is preteen age, maybe it's time to have "the talk". if not, just explain to her the best you can that when you get married, you don't wear clothes to bed, and you will explain the rest when she is old enough to understand. (by the way, when you're about 8, don't know about the birds and the bees, and see your father's manhood flapping in the breeze during "private" time, it can be kinda traumatic! lol trust me!) just let her lead the way. if she wants to talk, she will. if she has any questions, allow her to ask them. but don't put any more on her than you need to, and if she doesn't know what's going on, and she's too young to know, don't tell her. when it's time to have the talk, remind her. you'll do fine.

If she's older than 3 or 4.. well.. that's that.

Just don't let her see it again..

Avoid any scene in a movie that's similar in nature.

She may not forget it.. but at least, you can keep her mind from recalling the moment.. or associating an image with it...

She'll be fine. I once walked in on my parents when I was like 8 & i'm fine. LOCK the DOOR next time.

You can't help it....I walked in on my parents, when I was 12 years old....and I still remember it. But, it doesn't bother me and I don't think about it often.

depends on how old she is. If she is very young, just tell her that Mom and daddy were wrestling.
