Everyone is psychic, it's just that some haven't chosen to develop or acknowledge their abilities.
To increase your abilities, the first thing that is helpful is to learn to meditate. I would recommend using a good meditation cd to help with this, or study Silva Mind Control... their set of cds is very good. You should be able to find reader reviews of products on Amazon that will help you choose.
About you, first of all, your level of education doesn't quite match your age. In other words, you show an intelligence that doesn't match your writing skills.
You have been able to tune out the disbelievers, which is a good thing, but you need to read and keep reading and find a course of study to help your skills develop as much as they can.
I can't tell you any more because I try to develop my own skills on issues that only concern myself.

There is nothing a "psychic" (telepath) can tell you about yourself that you do not already know. The answers lie within. If you need tools to aid you in your inner search, buy some tarot cards or runes, if it makes you feel any better. But they are just trinkets. Seek out your higher mind. All knowledge rests there.
I sense that if you do this you will end up saving a lot of money.

You need to seek your own answers, you have been relying on others for far too long. You have a keen sense of your own path tap into it and follow that instead of whimping out and waiting for some one else to tell you which course to take. You are your own best compass.
