A good gift for your 27-year female who works at a store for children could be: a retail store gift card (but not the store in which she works); a gift certificate to a restaurant; or, although this might be a bit personal, a gift certificate to a day spa for a manicure/pedicure; whatever you choose, remember to place it in a congratulatory card!
