Go with the first one you have the the perfect face shape for it...It will bring out more features the second one is what you already have just with layers and a little longer...Trust me Jess Simpson is the perfect fit.

Your facial shape is best suited to the second one and the highlights would look nice on you I think, as well.

the second one is really cute but about an inch or so shorter to get rid of the dead ends.

i think you should grow it out or the jessica simpson one.
i recommend a wavy do for your hair with some nice one shade lighter of caramel highlights.
