Law of science = physics, biology, chemistry or what have you that mankind has proved and will prove to be fact.

Since science is not a game of chance but "exact science" it's very difficult for me to imagine that the guiding principles for everything could have evolved. Yet if it hadn't evolved this greatest script of life that no one can deviate from just came to be as perfect as it is.

I mean invisible science that guides everything and everyone. I am not talking about men's understand of science, which could change as our understanding changes, but real forces that are within and among us.

the laws of science have always been the only thing that has evolved is our understanding of them

Difficult to claim science evolved. Mankind's brain has, despite intellectual drag caused by the religious albatross, built concept upon concept to reach the state of understanding that we are at today. Not really an evolution, but more like sustained growth. That there are branches of intellect are not examples of divergent evolution, but rather branches from the same tree of thought. The only dying branch is the one that has been around for eons and that is the one which attempts to hold truth back by clinging to prehistoric religious dogma.

I think you're too hung up on a definition that you seem to be making up. There aren't "Law of Science" that I'm aware of. There's best practices and scientific theories. There are also many observations that can be stated mathematically, sometimes these are called laws.
I don't think any scientist is willing to say something that has been proved is a fact. Look at gravity, it's laws have been changed.

it's very difficult for me to imagine what your question is.

is it about the history of science (knowledge)?

is it about the history of the universe (existence)?

please clarify, as these are very different things.

our knowledge is imperfect and changes with time. the universe is perfect (perfectly good at being itself, i suppose you could say), but not static.

All truths evolve ( are discovered), and sit waiting for man to find a use/name for them. All those wonderful things to come, are out there waiting for an owner.

Lightning used to be attributed to gods. Eventually we will figure out that everything else is not created by gods as well.

Nature always existed. We just had to learn how it worked.
