I think that if a person is very empathetic that they can feel any type of sympathy pain. It is said that when a woman is pregnant a man goes through sympathy pains, weight gain and nausea. So, sure I think sympathy migrains can happen.

There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;

Yes. Anyone you are close to that has any pain it can be "transferred" to you in the form of sympathy pain. Men have shown signs of pregnancy, my joints hurt when my brother was on chemo and that was a side effect. It happens all the time with various pains.
Of course, they are not real, but hurt just as bad.

well, any time my bf or i gets a bad headache when the other is around, the other one gets one too. We've also done that with toothaches, so it's weird, but possible.
