I think he understands all languages cause he is the one that made everybody different and split people up by their languages. ~If God can create us and everything that exists I think anything is possible.

God is not attributed with thinking processes. He is not like us. He can't be imagined.
Mind and thoughts are limited. Its something we are attributed with.
Language also is something the creations need and not the Creator.
