My Plantronics Audio 510 headset wouldn't work?

I can hear sound,but no voice goes through. What is the problemand how can I fix it?

It's not on mute.

I have one, best thing I bought till my wife bought a car with bluetooth.
Maybe your phone is on mute.
I assume what you mean is that you can hear the called party but they can't hear you.
If your phone works without it and it doesn't work, there is an issue with the 510 mic circuit. The only control on it is volume for the rcvd signal.
