I've been wearing glasses for about 2 1/2 years and I can tell my vision deteriorating. I lost my new glasses and I can barely see anything with my old one unless I tilt it in a certain angle.
Is there any way o improve my vision? (naturally) I heard Vitamin A only make your eyes better at night. I also read eye exercises only prevent your eyes from worsening but it doesn't make it any better. Please help.
Thanks in advance.

There are eye exercises that if done properly can help with bad eyesight. They helped me a lot to get rid of astigmatism and small myopia and my own doctor is still puzzled as how. Read more here:

Also take a look at these supplements:

Hope this helps!

If you have a costco nearby, go get some "Occuvite" vitamin. This is specific for eye/vision health. Read the ingredients and research online if you want more details on this stuff.

I started taking this vitamin after having a retinal dettachment (I am also astigmatic and near sighted!) and noticed after some time that my vision stablized - did not improve though. Short of lasik, don't think there is a cure.

If you mean, improve so you don't need glasses, no. Refractive surgery (not "natural") is the only solution. Exercises don't work either.

Vitamin A doesn't help vision; it only helps night vision if your night vision is impaired due to Vit A deficiency which can only happen in the developed world if you eat some weird cult diet that includes no fruit, veggies, meat, cheese or milk.

Occuvite and lutein are used to slow macular degeneration, it doesn't affect refractive error.

Time you saw an ophthalmologists, eye doctor, to help you with your vision, he will test your eyes to make sure you don't have any disease, they are great to pick up on diabetes, and other health problems as well as routine eye exam for glasses

Vitamin A helps, so do certain eye exercises. You can also consider lasik surgery. From http://eye-care.in/lasikeyesurgery.html

you cant really improve your eye sight unless you get lasik.
