Dont go out and buy anything expensive.
First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)
Second: TRIM your hair ends (May 1 1/2 to 2 inches)
Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a "little" honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)
Use a teaspoon of every oil and honey,.... a little more if ur hair is long or a little less if ur hair is short
Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed, fortify, reconstruct, moisturize, soften & remove all frizz I promise,..... and it will be super shiny!!!!
The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower
You can also use a conditioner but get a light conditioner that wont wiegh ur hair down, becuz u can over condition, I use herbl essences "clean happy" conditioner.
When I do this at nite, I wake up, shampoo & condition, rinse and style as usual. Has worked for years
You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.

Straightening is in fact the major problem with hair dmage. I siggest to first get the ends trimmed to remove split ends. And really on a regular basis to wash your hair, condition it, and even add baby oil. It will help give moisture back to your hair. Instead of straightening blow dry your hair straight each day. It looks fresher and way healthier. Make sure not to use too much baby oil as it can make your hair look greasy. For shampoo and conditioner I reccomend Herbal Essences, there new line offers many products for different hair conditions liek Hello Hydration for adding moisture back. Good Luck!

I used to have those YUCK ends... but from the pool.
Anyways, your hair is probably dry and weak. So I'll give you some natural, gentle remedies.
To moisturise, you can make a sort of mask out of pureed avocado, 2 egg yolks and some plant oil, leave it on for about 15 minutes, and wash it out with a mild shampoo. The avocado nourishes your hair with oils and lots of moisture.
To strengthen, you can take a fresh egg, separate the yolk and the white, beat the white until it's stiff, and mix it with the yolk. Then put it on your hair and leave it on for 5 minutes, and rinse out with cold water. The proteins in the egg will give strenghth, and the yolk will nourish.
Good luck! :)

Try Pantene or any other brand of shampoo that says clarifying. It helps repair damaged hair and removes any buildup caused by hair products. Also try to give your hair a break from the straightener once in a while.

Your biggest help...Aveda's Damage Remedy...you may only need the restructuring treatment, (a 1-2 time a week treatment-leave in for 3-5 min and rinse.) or you could use the whole line...but I have had so many clients have wonderful results with this product, i even had a client who was having kemo and loosing her hair when she started using the line, her hair came back wonderfully! Go to www.aveda.com to order or visit an Aveda salon near you.

1) Go get your ends trimmed.
2) Just pull your hair back instead of flat ironing it.
3) Ask your hairdresser about good shampoos and conditioners for your hair type.
4) If you have to straighten your hair, do it only once a week.

i had the same problem where i would straighten my hair 3 times a day. and it's good that you dont dye your hair but to fix the heat damage- use a very creamy conditioner (i suggest pantene pro-v time renewal, about $5) and a cream or gel that you put on your hair before you dry it that will protect it from heat damage(I suggest L'oreal Studio Line hot straight, also about $5)

shop getting trims so it could improve out and the recent healthy hair can replace the previous broken hair. replace over to sulfate unfastened shampoos and view the professional organic’s hair care equipment and get each and every thing you may from them. extraordinarily the argan oil for after a tub, it particularly is a warmth protectant that doubles as a deep conditioner so it makes hair quite good and healthy. Plus it makes it mushy and removes frizz.

first of all, use sunsilk (the pink kind) "multi symptom hair masque" (it'll halp the damaged hair).
second, the only way to get rid of split ends are to cut them off. sorry.
next, you dont have to use heat styling to get straight hair. all you have to do is use sunsilk "straighten up" 24/7 creme (optional. it works just the same without it.) then just hold your hair in place with lots of clips and/or bobby pins when you get out of the shower. once its dry, take the clips out. if will be PERFECT. trust me i do this ALL the time and it works.
good luck and i hope i helped.
10 points?
