The latest Pottery Barn catalog features one for a flat panel plasma TV to accommodate either a 37", 42" or 50" and ranges in price from $399 to $599.

Pottery Barn or if you are crafty, you could construct it yourself. The one for sale in Pottery Barn is very nice, but expensive. It seems like you could measure and use MDF and a nice moulding to frame it in. Then stain it to match your room decor.
If you have the money, go Pottery Barn. But if not, I don't think it would be a difficult weekend project. I bet you could do it for 100 bucks or less, depending on how resourceful you are.
