Altruism does not exist. Nobody has truly selfless motives.
Morality comes from objective reality and rational self-interest.
Thumbs down does not negate truth.
You better start learning to live in the real world.

If the only thing that keeps you in check is the threat of going somewhere you find undesirable by an entity that has no proof of existence then I find that very weak. A person with a strong moral backbone would not need enticements to not harm their fellow human being or break the laws that their society has deemed as just.
Most people don't understand altruism and that in itself is sad.

I fairly have self assurance in malpractice regulation suites, for countless reasons. From information i've got been uncovered, even with the reality that Im confident that maximum of the individuals of docs and nurses care very lots for his or her sufferers, there is quite some carelessness occurring in many hospitals. with out having an exact discern in front of me, Im conscious that an magnificent form of sufferers die from infections they have been given in hospitals. Sponges and different issues are each and every so often left interior sufferers, for the period of operations. docs and nurser tend to be overworked for even if reason and could make blunders at any point of care. My sister have been given hardware put in in her lower back while she had documented evidence that she didn't wish hardware. My mom gained a shot referred to as Numavac two times in basic terms to be sure that's not completed using fact it may weakens the immune equipment. those are in basic terms a pair off the precise of my head. in the united statesdoctors make quite some funds and hospitals have stable insurance. i think of regulation suites could be a manner of transforming into hospitals be greater careful.

I don't buy it.
I don't fear punishment or anything. I behave myself because I feel it is right. I wouldn't want someone treating me badly so I don't treat them badly.
It isn't a matter of morality, it's simply good living. I've found that the easier I take life, the less frustrated I am. I don't do it because of God or the Devil, I do it because people are more apt to be civil with me if I act responsibly.

I feel it is morally correct b/c it is the right thing to do. I believe people are inherently good, but they just choose to do bad actions based on the circumstances they are in. Obviously, people are not doing it to avoid punishment.

I agree with you. According to Christians, its not because its the right thing to do, its because they want to avoid burning in hell as a punishment. Rather like children, don't you think?

exactly, everyone has the image of God, goodness.
it is the most natural thing to do good, but people became wicked, so people who do good of the intention to avoid punishment, is just not there yet.

I couldn't agree more.
Those who would somehow not do the right thing if it weren't for the fear of hell are not exactly good people in my mind. I also think God will see right trough them.

Totally agree. I sure hope I'm not sitting next to one of those who believe that God is the only thing holding us back from mass slaughter - when he has a crisis of faith.
