wow i am so sorry that you had to go through such a tramatic experience. Like the other person said you just need to give it time. try getting out of the house by going places with friends have them help get it off your mind. I hope that you feel better.

Do something that you really enjoy that will take your mind off of it. If you don't want to leave your house, sit down and watch a good movie (not one with guns and stuff in it. Try a chick flick). Read a good book, go take a bubble bath. While you're soaking, listen to music and light candles or something. If you like to be active, try going running with a friend or something, or just go shoping with a friend! Just about anything that you can do to get your mind off of this will help you. I hope that you find something that works and feel calmer soon.

A hot bath is always relaxing for stress. Drink Chamomile Tea as often as possible because it will act as a natural relaxant. drink hot milk as this will also help calm you down. Do this for at least a week and if you don't feel better see your doctor to get medication to help you.
