I'm not aware of a specific bee sting kit.

Diphenhydramine works well enough either orally or applied topically. Serious allergic reactions are known as anaphylaxis, and can be a life-threatening condition. Most require administration of epineherine, diphenhydramine, and albuterol.

If you are known to have serious allergic reactions to bee strings, your best bet is to ask your doctor for a prescription device known as an EpiPen. This is a pre-metered, pre-filled dosage of epinephere in an auto-injector (similar to the military's Mark I kits). They're discrete and easily transportable with a relatively long shelf life. Best of all, they can be administered by you or any trained EMS personnel.

Where you get a bee sting allergy kit is from your Doctor. they do not sell them in the store. What I use is benedryl and I keep that on me and it helps me a lot. The doctor told me it was not worth it to buy a kit because it costs too much.

You can get one at your local pharmacy, but I believe you have to have a doctor's prescription to obtain one in the U.S.
