practice with a friend or someone you trust, when you practice look them dead in the eye and answer the questions with as much confidence as you can. Employers love confident people who know what they want, and what theyre talking about. if you have confidence in yourself you can overcome your social phobia - good luck ♥

i used to work in human resources for 2 years! when u r getting ready for ur interview, make sure u memorise ur resume (just rememer dates and duties u had), try to check urself on how well u r familiar w/computer and typing - be honest, don't lie about anything - they'll check everything! don't ever be late for ur interview, try to get there 15 min earlier! dress up (no jean, sneakers, hats, high heels, or lots of make up/jewelry - be simple)-no matter what position u r applying! let them know what days and hours u r available, and if u r ready to start ASAP - do that! any questions - feel free to e-mail me!
