8 glasses (2.2 liters). But they have these cool measuring jugs (like Bluewave) out now that hold the daily recommended amount of water, which make it easier to get just what you need.

It depends on your weight. Here is the formula... You are supposed to drink one half of your body weight in ounces of water daily. That means if you weigh 150 lb, you should drink 75 ounces of water each day.
