I use to have a boss like that. She use to always pick on every little thing that I would do. One day, I asked her if she was perfect. She didnt know what to say. I said everyone makes mistakes and so do you, so dont worry about every little thing that I do, you need to look at yourself as well!

must be there insecurity. just slap them across the face, who cares if u get fierd with a boss like that why would u want to work there anyway. and if u dont get fierd tell him u aint taken his crap anymore.

Their own lack of self-esteem...their need to feel 'superior' to others...It is a sad thing...but you may want to turn to yours and say something like, "You know...I'm not a child you can talk to me as an adult.."...be patient.
