Absolutely there is something!! Congratulations for wanting to pay attention to your health while you are still young.
The best item to use to get taller, and grow the proper way is milk, yogurt and cheese. If you are under 20 years of age, you need 3-4 servings per day. This will give you enough calcium, and almost enough vitamin D. If you are not in the sun very much, you may need to take an extra vitamin D pill of about 1000 IU per day.
Keep eating your veggies. They are good for overall health, but generally do not give enough calcium - and therefore do not really replace milk. Veggies, fruits, whole grains, nuts and legumes are really important to be healthy and strong.
However, to build muscles, you have to use them. Weight bearing exercises will help you develp that strength.
Good Luck.

Yup eating veggies along with other healthy foods can make you taller and stronger. Of course it wont make you super tall. this is all up to genetics. Eating the right foods can help you grow to your maximum potential, not necessarily 6 feet. Every body is different. Stay healthy and active and you'll be fine.

Your DNA is preprogrammed to make you a certain height, and there is not really much you can do to make yourself taller than you are programmed to be. However, poor nutrition and harmful drugs like tobacco can certainly prevent your body from reaching its optimal health level. Therefore, you should keep eating your veggies and doing other healthy things to make sure your body has the best possible chances of growing to its best self.
(P.S. Height isn't everything.)

Length is basically genetic and so you can't get past that by eating more veggies.
It is important though that you do eat them and get all the right vitamins and irons.
If you eat right ( and don't skip breakfast), you will grow up healthy and that's most important. Get enough exercise and it will develop you in the person you should be.

Height is genetic. And it can come from anyone in your family line, even a distant uncle. So there's not much you can do except accept who you are and how you look. The confidence you show will do more to boost you up in your and others' eyes. Good luck. And keep eating a good diet.
