You might have a nasal drip condition that requires prescribed medication. Or you might have sinus problems. Remember, the mucuous(boogers) are removing the bacteria when they are exiting your nose.

The mucus in your nose is a good thing; it prevents harmful germs from getting into your system. Everyone has to blow their nose from time to time even if they are not sick. If you feel that your mucus production is unusual, see a doctor.

Sounds like a sinus infection. You need to get something from your doctor. He'll probably give you a prescription for a spray.
