Generally, people who are "crazy" do not wonder if they are crazy. So it's a good sign that you are worrying about this. But since you are concerned for your mental health, I strongly recommend that you see a psychiatrist, who can help you to find out if you are suffering from a mental illness and make appropriate recommendations.

First thing you should do is ignore Jim Claudini. He has a history of posting answers that aren't helpful at all. And very doubtful that he's a "Top Neuropsychologist". People in that field have better ways to fill their time (which is limited if they are good at what they do) than by posting smart aleck answers on the internet. So, don't take him seriously. If you are actually analyzing whether or not you're crazy, then you're probably not crazy. Crazy people don't usually recognize their disease(s). But, if you are truly worried, talk to your doctor. He/she can help you determine if you need to talk to a psychiatrist and can make the appropriate referral. Good luck to you.
