You probably have low blood sugar from such a poor diet. Did you know you can eat a ton of raw vegetables and not only will you he able to loose weight, but you body will be much healthier and happier and you won't get dizzy spells. You probably could use a little fruit in the morning and at night to help level out your blood sugar levels...the amount of food can be important when it is really high calorie, but lots of veggies across the day will not hurt anything as long as you are eating them plain. Do a little research; I'm sure you are aware of folks who eat only vegy's and they get all the protein and everything else they need with only a few other foods added. You might also try eating your meat earlier in the day and having your sandwich at night. The protein earlier in the day will help with more energy and the sandwich at night will help stave off hunger at bedtime. Good luck.

It's quite possible that you are not giving your body the proper nutrition it needs. You didn't mention how many calories you are eating, but you definitely shouldn't eat less than 1200 calories per day. If you eat less than that amount, your body will go into "starvation mode" and will actually hang onto fat rather than losing weight. Also, if you are eating the same foods every day you might be missing some vitamins that you need. Don't forget to drink plenty of water, also. It might be a good idea to discuss your plans with your doctor or a nutritionist before you continue your diet. They can help you to do it safely. Best wishes.

Could be your blood sugars are too low. Maybe add some protein to your lunch veggies (couple ounces of chicken, turkey, tuna), with dinner maybe add salad or steamed veggies - most veggies have no fat & very little calories. Breakfast, have your thought about a grain cereal instead of sandwich? Best of luck with your diet, but please don't make yourself sick.

You are not getting enough calories if that is all you are eating. YOu need to increase your calorie intake and also eat healthier. Where are the fruits and rest of the protein you need?

Perhaps you need a little protein for lunch too. Some of us have hypoglycemia and run out of steam if we don't eat regularly or have adequate amounts of protein.
