People are simplifying this. God created everything so he's allowed to be a jerk. Umm, I don't think so. And that government analogy was funny. If you want a government analogy, god would be the dictator. If god exists and he created everything then why would he even care about a warlike species on the edge of a regular galaxy which is just one of millions or billions of others.
