Hey so I have this twitch in my left eye it happens about once every thirty seconds or so and at some points it looks like the two eyelids are almost about to close why is this happening and how can i stop this?

I heard it is caused by stress, not getting enough sleep or spending lots of time on the computer and straining your eyes. It will usually go away on it's own..not too much you can do about it.

I sometimes get this as well...it isn't from stress or ;ack of sleep or whatever..sometimes it just happens. But it goes away and in a few months it will happen for like a day but it isn't serious, it just happens

There are many reasons, but the one that I sort of remember it was due to a vitamin deficiency... which vitamin? I'd have to research

usually this happens when your eyes are stressed(or you)!
sometimes this is an indicator that you need glasses(new).
