I've been looking into different types of eating styles and find that I like a combination of a few. My family and I are working towards eating as fresh and raw as possible, fish three times a week, and no dairy. I'm not vegan, I'm not pure kosher, I'm not vegetarian..where do I fit in and are there others like me out there?

You should get a good vegetarian cookbook like Sundays at the Moosewood restaurant (or any of their others) and a good kosher cookbook like the complete American Jewish Cookbook then you can build a nice diverse diet from there. There are a good deal of people trying to eat healthier without the restrictions of a "lifestyle" or religious beliefs. You may find others like yourself in many places - ask the parents of your children's friends to start a 1x a month "family" dinner where you each bring a dish and switch houses hosting each month to make hosting less of a burden on any one family.
