If he has court orders to stay away, that means stay away reguardless if the dad is watching or not. He's only digging a whole for himself. The deeper he digs it, the harder its gonna be for him to crawl out of. If he is 17 now, most states start putting you in county at that age. It is really up to the the dad and what the judge decides. If he really likes her that much, tell him to wait till she's legal and can make her own decisions. Other then that he's just going to get himself into problems.

If he continually violates a rstraining order then yes, of course he can get locked up. TRYing to see her gets him a stalking charge. Also, if she is 16, she is still a minor, which can cause him, even at 17, even more serious problems.

My question is why do you keep writing "nd" for "and," I thought it was a mistake at first, but you did it 3 times.

I really have no idea, but I am thinking unless there is a restraining order against him, and he didn't do anything harmful it should be fine.
Why was he locked up the frist time, just for hangin out with her?

Is he a slow learner or what? Hopefully they'll keep him long enough to make an impression this time.
