As a noun, ''la finale'' (as in a tennis final)
As an adjective, ''final, finale, finaux, finales'', depending on what the subject is. More commonly used is the adjective ''dernier'' - which means last - (the final episode = le dernier épisode)
The ''finale'' is roughly ''la dernière'' - Tonight is the finale = C'est la dernière ce soir!
You might add a noun after dernière, depending on the context, but you'll be understood in all contexts just saying the above.
Final(es) = fee-nahl
finaux = fee-no
dernier = dher-nee-a
dernière = dher-nee-air
(roughly)

Hi,
again it depends on what kind of word you mean.
As an adjectif, "final" (terminal, eventual) can be written in four ways in French:
final (masculin singular form)
finale (feminine singular form)
finaux (masculin plural)
finales (feminine plural)
It depends on the noun it refers to.
As a noun, see the answers above.
Good night
