In a plastic bag and either in an air-tight plastic container or a glass one. Never in the fridge.

Once I open the box, I just store it in a 1 gallon ziploc - box and all. I keep the box mainly for the cooking directions.

I shop at costco so i buy alot of that stuff in bulk. I have found that leaving pasta in it's original package and putting it in the fridge is the best way. =)

It doesn't really matter as long as you store in an air tight container to keep it fresh. Its just preference whether if you keep it out or in the fridge. But I normally like to keep mine out.

I put mine in one of those Rubbermaid containers especially designed for pasta. It is easy to clean and keeps the pasta fresh longer.
