You should always become friends with that guy 1st. then when you guys get close enough, you can start to get a little touchy, then you are on your own. you can get him if he likes you as well. But don't get to tough on him, otherwise he doesn't like you,because you need to give him some space too, not keep on flirting with him.

If you genuinely believe you're not actually flirting with these men, and you're not acting out in a full on inappropriate way with them (i.e. kissing, excessive touching, etc...), I don't think you should care too much about what other people think. If you're having fun, and the guy is enjoying himself when he's with you, don't let other people's insecurities get to you. Talk to these people maybe, apologize if necessary and let them see you meant nothing by it, but don't feel guilty/stupid. Any action can be misconstrued depending upon the mental state/personality of the perceiver, and oftentimes as a result we have very little control over what other people think of our behavior. Hence, it's important to trust yourself and do what feels right for you... Nevertheless, some common signs of flirting can be easily found on google if you are that interested. Basic signs of flirting, however, include excessive teasing, glancing at the person a lot, singling them out too much, inappropriate touching, etc... Obviously as not much information was given out here, this is as about as far as I can go to assist you. Hope what I said is of some help to your situation. :)

Joke around and have fun conversation with him. Be a little more touchy with him. No groping just yet. Just little light slaps when he's teasing or just some random friendly touching.

omg! lol so much pervy comments only happens in a guys fantasy so guys dream on!
um i always have inside jokes with a guy so we always joke around and i would make little tiny jokes that i notice about him and he would do the same to annoy me and ill playfully hit him, chase him around, jump on him [nothing nasty]
