Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Do as many pushups as you can.
Immediately turn over do as many body crunches as you can.
Once you've finished the crunches, immediately stand up and do as many squats as you can (going all the way up on the tip toes)
If you have access to a chin-up bar add those the workout too.
Repeat this sequence at least 3 times.
If you have weights you can add bicep curls, tricep extensions and forearm curls to the workout. (I really can't think of any other way of directly targeting the biceps unless you use weights.)
Again 3 sets of each exercise.

Lower Body: Stadiums (run up and down) for explosiveness and speed Lunges (uphill is a killer) ditto Uphill Sprints ditto Shuttles or Suicides ditto Sprints ditto Distance running (my favorite) endurance Core I know so many ab workouts. I could kill you with them (If you or anyone else wants a list just email me or something) Upper Body the usual- pushups, pullups, weighted pushups. *pushups are by far the best excercise seeing that it works so many muscles. --- I'm not a meathead, I just like staying healthy.

Squating and deadlifting are both full body exercises.
Here is a link to more about deadlift:
http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/ErectorSpinae/BBDeadlift.html
And sqauts:
http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/Quadriceps/BBFullSquat.html
You may do these exercises with body weight as well.
If you do not lift weights i would suggest push ups and sit ups combo.
But put more variety in your exercises as it is better for overall developement.

With martial arts you get a full body workout (including your mind!) You gain speed, flexibility, strength, balance, focus, confidence and you can defend yourself. I recommend Tae Kwan Do, of course! And martial arts is for everybody!
