I don't think that's possible. Unless you smoke or chew tobacco while doing it?

Biting the side of your cheek does not cause cancer. However, any type of open wound in the mouth increases the possibility that carcinogens in the things you eat or drink will find their way into the bloodstream. But, the increase in risk is so small that its not worth consideration.

Does biting your finger nails lead to finger cancer? Nope.

Cancer is caused by cells being damaged either through genetics or outside effects like radiation, chemicals etc. Not biting.
