You'll want to get that checked out by a dermatologist. I had a spot on my forehead at my hairline for several years. It looked like a pimple, but it was always there. I went to see the dermatologist, and she took a sample for biopsy to see exactly what it was. Turns out it was squamous cell carcinoma, a benign type of skin cancer. I had it completely removed by a plastic surgeon a few months later. Please go see a doctor. If it is a skin cancer it will just get worse with time.

Can you be more specific? Is it upraised, what color is it?
It could be a birthmark, sunspot, age spot, broken blood vessel, mole.....
