A couple of weeks ago, this guy started chatting to me in the dentist's waiting room and we really hit it off. When my turn came I just said 'bye' to him. Next wk at my dentist, she told me that he had asked her for my number. I told her yeah it's fine to give it to him. So he texted me a few days later and said he'd like to invite me for a drink but he had the flu at the time. I wrote back, sure, that'd be nice. Bumped into him couple of days later by coincidence at the dentist and again there was chemistry, he kept looking at me but. no mention of meeting again but it was difficult to talk as there were others around. So 2 days later (last night) I texted him 'how r u?'. He wrote back straight away & really friendly & I invited him dancing, he said he's not a great dancer so we'd do it another time! What do you all think?

Hmmm. Try him again. Ask him to meet you at Mc's or burger King or some place really dumb.

that's great that you two met each other now the next step is that you two want to get together and see how that goes...from the sounds of it, it sounds like he really wants to get together but the timing just hasn't been right. I think he wants to meet up and get comftorable with you first and get to know you first before you go out dancing, which is fine. you could contact him and ask him out for lunch and then that should make it loud and clear that you want to get to know him. he should respond accordingly and after a little bit of time you can convince him to go out dancing!

What is the question?? Are you making the #1 mistake people make when communicating?

That by the way is hearing what someone says but thinking it has some other dark hidden meaning.

it sounds as if this can really turn into something. ask him out to lunch so you to can talk and get to know each other better. surely he eats so there should be no excuse ther. if he does then i would stop communication. if he's really interested he will accept this invitation or get in contact with you.
