It is only a problem if you believe it to be. If you love each other as you indicate you do then everything will be fine.

There is an old saying in relation to this..."Those who go looking for problems in a love, always find them."

Oh hun listen here. I am 20 years old and my boyfriend is 32 so we have a 12 yr difference as welll. we have been dating for 5 months and i now live with him! He is actually divorced and has two children 11 and 6. At first i thought maybe i can't handle this but i fell in love with this guy and he fell in love with me. Your going to get people who say things like why are you with him hes so much older than you and you have so much life left blah blah...i hear it all the time but its not true i still go out and do whatever and as far as his kids if you havent met them yet wait for him to be comfortable introducing you and it WILL be wierd at first but it gets better A LOT better trust me! Dont let anyone else influence your relationship just because hes older and has a kid doesnt mean you cant have a realtionship with him follow what you believe in and things will work out perfect! If you can communicate and learn from him hes older anyway so he has some extra experience of life under his belt things wil work out great! If you have any more questions for me about this feel free to e-mail me Brn010@yahoo.com i'd be more than happy to talk with you!
