It's never going to be sexual discrimination to make you do the work you were hired for on the schedule you were hired for.
Giving someone else a more flexible schedule does not mean they are obligated to give you one and nothing you say would seem to indicate it's gender based. You don't mention them telling other men they can't have flexibility, nor do you indicate if they were hired under a flexible schedule plan.
Sometimes an employer gives preferential treatment to an employee because they want to keep them. Perhaps they feel if they denied one of these women's requests, they be forced to quit, which is not the case for you.
Studies show Men make more money than women largely because they tend to request and demand raises and higher starting salaries, but Women generally have more flexible schedules, becasue that is what they're more likely to demand.
So it may not be the same, but it is in essence equal.
If you are a valuable emplyee and they thought you would quit otherwise, they might agree, but they may just be willing to let you go.

You may have a serious case of discrimination, but to file one you must have solid proof which is hard to obtain. You must evaluate why they said no to you and yes to these women. How long have they been working there?Do they do work at home? Do you have any disciplinary actions against you? Are you diligent at work? Sorry to hear about ... start to look for another job

Maybe those women were hired at that particular schedule. BUT, if they were hired with the same type of hours as you but can come and go as they please, then it's not fair for you one bit!
Maybe you can talk this with a lawyer BUT if you do that, are you prepared to lose your job? Sometimes it's best not to say anything, until you have a Plan B.
Good luck!

You'll need something that clearly shows they are not granting you a flexible schedule due to the fact that you're a male. You won't get much out of just accusing them of it. You'll need proof. It sounds like it is though...

I'd look into it. As a single women in the work force I've felt women get preferential treatment in these circumstances. It all depends on if they are part-time. If you are full-time receiving benefits it changes things.

Sounds like it. You need proof. Beyond someones word. Talk to a lawyer. Before you do anything drastic. They can help guide you.

If you're treated differently because of your gender in a way that effects your work, than I would say yes.
