Many people are choosing to be born in Islamic countries were it is forbidden to practice the truth, that is to say Christianity and therefor they are much less likely to hear the glory of the gospel. Who is responsible for these babies pre-birth religious education?

Their parents are responsible for the childrens salvation until they are of age then it becomes their responsibility.
1 corinthians 7:14for the unbelieving husband is sanctified in relation to his wife and the unbelieving wife is sanctified in relation the brother. Otherwise your children would really be unclean. but now they are holy.
when sodom and Gamorrah was destroyed so were the children.
When the flood waters destroyed the people in Noah's day the children died also.
that is not to say that maybe during the resurrection they will come back and be given another chance to live with better parents.

God will at some point whether it be by the natural things around them (Romans 1:18-24), or by those who would go and minister to them (Romans 10:13 -15), or by the drawing of the Spirit of Truth (John 6:44-45) in some way show that he is Jesus Christ. For no one will have an excuse before God. We will be judged by our works, whether they were good or evil and that means, were they done in the name and belief in the power of the name of Jesus Christ.

The difficulty has its root in the fact that American Yuppie couples are delaying bearing children, thus reducing the number of choices available to pre-natal humans. Many of them choose Islamic countries because they seem warm.

What the poop are you talking about? You're pretentiously asserting that christianity is the "truth". LoL

Let's recap: You BELIEVE in Jesus. The word believe means to assume to be true. How do you KNOW the truth again? Geez.

Seems likely they will have about the same chance to learn the "truth" about life as one born to a rabid Neo-Con American family...
