My mind is always calm..

but I seem to suffer from some terrible adrenaline.. inducing... butterfly in the stomach syndrome.

Its numbing.
I can feel it in my stomach.
Feels like an adrenaline rush but instead of making me energetic it almost like.. stops me in my tracks.

How do I get rid of it?

This is sometimes called an anxiety attack. Like the others indicate - this is probably something caused by a chemical imbalance that causes things like bipolar conditions and attention deficit disorder. In general, chemical imbalances need chemical treatments. You may be able to control it if there is a pattern to this problem and your can figure out if something you are doing or eating, or something in your surroundings are triggering it.

Regular exercise can sometimes have a large effect on this type of thing. Breathing techniques can also bring this under control in some people. Most likely, though, you probably need some type of medication.

i get that too. but i also get super low- i am bipolar and take meds to regulate it though- seroquel as well as lithium- talk to your doc
