Caffeine is to consume as little as possible. More important is on how much amount of caffeine can leave a person addict to it or to cause dependent on caffeine.

Daily consumption of 350mg per day is enough to cause caffeine dependences and addiction.

Red bull of 250ml contains 80mg of caffeine. While a cup of 150ml coffee has caffeine range from 60mg to 150mg depends on the coffee preparation type.

Typically, a person will easily consume 300mg of caffeine onwards between realizing it, daily. With such consumption, addiction will became a fact.

It is wise to keep tab on the caffeine consumption daily, as per every-things goes, moderate is the words. Too much of even good things will turn into bad situation.

Have maybe two cups of coffee, then stop. When you've had too much, your hands will shake, you'll feel tired, and the coffee just doesn't taste good anymore.

I believe that you should consume no more then 1-3 cups a day, depending on your weight.

O man I had about 10 of those starbuck things you find in the gas station in about 2 hours, I was halluncinatin like a mother.

Depends on who you are. My wife can drink a cup and stay up all night. I can drink a whole pot and go right to sleep and stay asleep.

when u cant go to bed at nite and ur eyes pop out of ur head otherwise there is no such thing as to much lol

just keep drinking and drinking.....if you get to the point where you start to snap at people for no reason......you've gone too far.
