sucralose/splenda isnt absorbed by the intestine and does produce gas.
i know aspartame does too (make ya fart), but I dont know why.
could be if there is sorbitol and/or manitol, which are usually in addition to fake sugar in things like protein bars and protein powder. those cause gas
uncontrollably, though....NOPE
