I'm in my senior year of high school and I have never had a boyfriend. I feel like nobody likes me. They guy I like, I don't even think he likes me, I never talked to him before but he has been in many of my classes. Only one guy has asked me out so far but that was about 5 years ago and a rejected him because I didn't like him, but now I'm starting to regret a little. What if I never find the perfect guy? Is it true that most people find their soul mates in university?

Most people find their partners later in life, yes. For one thing, how much do you know about what you want before you graduate and get a job? What I wanted at 16 or 18 was far different than that I wanted at 30. People are growing and changing constantly.

Remember that high school is fish bowl. You meet the same people you've always known from the same community. There is a much greater diversity in college and even more outside of academics. You may find the most compatible person you know now, but when you meet a ton of other people, you may realize there's someone else that is much more special for you.

Enjoy exploring who you are. Love will find its way to you.

Not everybody finds somebody to date in College. I'm sure it depends on where you go to school and how social you are. The advantage is that most universities are larger than high school so there's more people to meet. I didn't start dating my first boyfriend until my last semester of college. Don't stress too much about finding somebody. You're young and you have time. When it's right, things will work for you. I really don't like it when people get all caught up in finding somebody that they'll take anybody who's there and willing. Be patient and somebody great will come along. Good luck!

I never went to college and my husband was a 5 year graduate (graduated and was out of college for 5 years) when we met. I know he's my soul mate because everything I am just matches up with everything he is.

Not really. I meet my second wife in a Language Academy in New York City a couple of years ago. So, any place might be the right one.If you're lucky perhaps you can have it.
