religious texts are a lot like other texts - they don't "say" anything, you have to read them

Demons don't exist in the sense that some people think they do, as spiritual beings who live on some other plane than the physical plane like angels do. A 'demon' is what someone is who has become dark and destructive. Anyone from a mass murderer to some multibillionaire could be considered a demon. Someone consumed by vanity could be called demonic or someone who thinks they know more than anyone could also be called a demon. It just means you have no sense of spiritual connection at all and have no conscience. That you can do anything without feeling guilty because you basically have no feeling other than the physical pain from a burn or a broken bone. What some call a lost soul is a demon.

Demons are spirits/former angels who rebelled against God along side Satan. Angels are also spirits/the angels that remained with God. The only entity that has souls are humans.

A requirement to having is soul is that the being must be corporeal. i.e., have a body. There is much arguement as to what exactly constitutes a soul, and whether animals do or not. But I guess that is not for us to know yet!!

demons were at one time angels that decided that they were better than GOD and were thrown out of HEAVEN. so the answer would be the same for both of them and if i remmember my theology the answer is NO. they do not have souls because they do not need them in hell and they are souls already in HEAVEN.

Angels are spirits. They are beings who do not have a physical
body.Jesus Himself said,“a spirit does not have flesh and
bones, as you see I have” (Luke 24:39). Evil angels too are
described as not having “flesh and blood”(Eph. 6:12). In the
Scriptures, when angels do appear in human form, this is only
a momentary appearance for those who need to see them.
Angels are not gods. They are God’s creation and serve His holy
and perfect will. The good angels are said to be “ministering
spirits”(Heb.1:14),sent by God to serve us,His people.

Isn't a demon (and angels) bare, disembodied souls by definition? Aren't they spirits?

Neither demons nor angels exist, except in our minds.

All religious texts were written by human beings; beware.

Your soul is you or your body. Even animals the bible says have souls. So even thought it is a spirit body it is a body.
So yes, my guess is they have souls.
