My thighs aren't fat but they're big from muscle (i think) I've been doing lunges and riding a stationary bike at my house but it doesn't look like it's doing anyhting. and suggestions?

the stationary bike WILL WORK. Lack of patience is why many exercise programs fail

If it is muscle, try stretching exercises, like yoga. It will tone the muscle you have. What you are doing now is building more mucsle, which will make your legs look big.

Stop eating sugar..even sugar substances!! But if you have a lot of muscle forget about... Trust me... Try it if it does not work..I Dont know what else you can do
