Take care of yourself. Start a walking program and eat healthy natural food. You'd be amazed how food affects how you feel. Even you eat healthy for one day you'll notice a huge difference on how you feel. Take time to be nice to yourself. Here's a neat trick that really does amazing things...Look at yourself in a mirror,,smile huge and tell yourself your beautiful..even if you dont believe it..just do it..tell yourself you love you.YOu may feel ridiculous..but keep doin it..if you keep doing it ..you will feel your heart flutter and warming self love will fill you up. I know it may sound corny but it does wonders for your subconscious and self esteem...You must stop any negative self talk..you know that tape you play over and over in your head? Catch yourself when you start thinking badly about yourself and turn it around..if you keep telling yourself how horrible you are ( which is a huge lie ) you'll start believing it.If you believe your beautiful so will everyone else

Look in the mirror - and smile. It's hard not to find beauty in a smiling face, even when it's your own.

For the beauty inside you though, step outside yourself and think about how you relate to other people and your desire to see others' lives improved. I see that in you, do you?

GOD created us equally. It means no one's ugly. All of us are unique and gifted. If one excels on something surely you're also good on something else. Be yourself don't imitate others but also try to nurture your negative values to positive ones. Always look on the brighter side. Be true to yourself.

I'm not sure how to do it. But try doing what makes you happy. For instance I workout and read a lot. It's all about you.
